Basic Information collects information about you and your needs. We would like to know of any allergies, medications, medical conditions, dietary needs, accessibility needs, and language needs you may have. We would also like to know of 1 emergency contact that can be reached if needed.

This section determines what kind of delegate you are (student, teacher/faculty/staff, community member), whether or not you're attending in a group, and where you're attending from.

For delegates attending as a group, we ask that you pick 1 person to be your Primary Delegate. This person will be the liaison between CUQSC organizers and your group.

This is where you choose the duration of your attendance. You can register for the Full conference pass ($75 before April 15), a Partial conference pass ($30/day), or High School pass if you represent a high school.

This section also allows you to pre-order Regina Transit discount cards. Regular adult fare is $2.50 per ride. CUQSC is able to offer delegates with a 2-ride card for $4, saving you $0.50 per ride.

- We suggest you take a look at the conference schedule (PDF, new window) to determine how many rides you may need.
- We'd like to remind you that Regina Transit service does not reach Regina Airport. If you are arriving by air, you will need to take a taxi or arrange other means of transportation. CUQSC is working with a local taxi company to establish a flat fee for conference delegates. Information on taxis will be sent out as soon as it is confirmed.

Delegates have the choice of staying On-Campus or arranging their own stay.

We highly recommend that delegates choose to stay in on-campus residence. In an effort to create a social atmosphere and encourage networking, we have arranged to place everyone in the same area of our North Tower residence building. Delegates that stay here will have the chance to talk, hangout, and be with other delegates. The added benefit of being on campus is better accessibility to the conference. Delegates will be able to sleep in and spend more time doing things and less time commuting.

Important notes:
- Residences are apartment style. Each Apartment has 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom can have up to 3 beds in it. All apartments have a kitchen, living room, and 2 washrooms.
- When registering, delegates will have the choice of having their own private bedroom ($49/person/night), sharing a bedroom with 1 other person ($34/person/night), or sharing a bedroom with 2 other people ($23/person/night).

Payment will NOT be processed through this online registration. Once your form is submitted, CUQSC organizers will create an invoice and email it to the email address provided. Payment instructions will be included and all fees will be applied.
